The Loft - Winterhude Waterfront

The old cigar factory built in 1905 is located at the Alster inlet and was after its closure mostly used as an office until 2017. As part of the revitalization and conversion to residential lofts, the building was completely stripped down to its shell, rebuilt with high-quality materials as well as extended of another floor.

All components worth preserving were refurbished and new elements such as the triple-glazed steel windows, were built in an industrial style.
